How it Works
It all starts with a comprehensive geriatric physical therapy assessment and physical performance testing to see if you are a good candidate for the G-FIT program. Since many of our members are also current or past patients, it makes it easy to transition into the G-FIT program.
New members receive a private, one-on-one orientation session to get them oriented with the G-FIT program. After that, members will be placed in groups with similar performance abilities and goals. There are two supervised group sessions per week along with designated open gym hours to participate in independent fitness activities.
The medical exercise component of G-FIT is not a skilled therapy service so a monthly membership fee will apply. There is no hidden fees and your are free to continue, cancel, or place your membership on hold at the end of each month. Please call our office for more details.
