Phase 3 Re-opening 


As of January 10th, all of our staff received a coronavirus vaccination and an additional booster shot scheduled within the next 28 days.


We have resumed normal business hours while still adhering to Phase 3 re-opening guidelines. General details are outlined below. Please contact us directly for more information or to answer specific questions. 

Hours of Operation (As of January 4, 2020)

  • Administrative & Clinical hours will be:
    Monday - Friday   
    8:00 am - 5:00 pm.  ​

  • Telehealth/E-Visits by appointment on selected days and times.

Phase 3 Policies & Procedures

  • A small group of patients & clients will be let into the building at the time of their appointments.  No more than 10 patrons will be allowed in the building at any given time. 

  • For your health and safety, we kindly ask that your remain in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment.  At your appointment time, please line up outside the front door with each person standing on a blue line on the floor to maintain physical distancing.  

  • Please DO NOT call or ring the door bell when you arrive unless it is for an urgent matter.

  • Temperature checks will occur and masks are required to be worn by all patients EVERY visit. We will have cloth masks for purchase in the event someone does not have one.

  • All Staff will wear masks at all times while in the facility.

  • Clinical staff will wear disposable, non-latex gloves and face shields during any hands-on care. 

  • Staff members are tested for COVID every 2 weeks on a rolling basis or whenever exposure has been suspected.

  • Confirmed exposure by either staff or patients/clients will warrant a quarantine period per CDC guidelines.  

  • All patients/clients must maintain a 6 foot distancing between each other at all times.  

  • All persons must exit the building immediately upon the completion of their session.  

  • Persons are welcome to take care of all their administrative needs such as scheduling while in the facility.  Persons may alternately use the phone, text messaging, email or scheduling through our online booking portal on our website if preferred.   

  • Our waiting room and lounge will remain closed to patients and no guests will be allowed. 

  • Modified Service Offerings (click on service to learn more) 

    • TeleHealth/E-Visits:  Now integrated into all treatment plans to minimize the number of in-person visits.   

    • In-person Physical Therapy Visits:  All sessions are 0ne-on-one.  Gloves and face shields (when appropriate) will be  worn during any hands-on treatment.

    • G-FIT Medical Exercise: Scheduled group sessions will be limited to 6 persons to maintain strict physical distancing. G-FIT members will continue to have the option to participate in individual (one-on-one) G-FIT sessions during limited hours. 

    • Class IV Laser Therapy: By appointment or can be combined any scheduled in-person appointment.

    • Kinetic Balance Therapy: By appointment or can be combined any scheduled in-person appointment.

    • Therassage Hydromassage Therapy: By appointment or can be combined any scheduled in-person appointment.

    • StretchOut Assisted Stretch Therapy: Resumes by appointment or can be combined any scheduled in-person appointment.

    • @Home Therapy: In-person visits in your home are now being offered on a self-pay basis (no insurance accepted). All online content will continue to be FREE for all registered 65+ website members.
