Phase 4 Re-opening


As of April 1st, all of our staff have received both doses of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.  Additionally, we estimate that greater than 70% of all of our active patients have had at least 1 dose of the vaccine.


We are now offering all services without restriction and operating normal business hours.  For the safety of our patients, clients and staff we continue adhere to current CDC guidelines.


The biggest change is the resumption of use of seating in our reception area with proper physical distancing.  General details are outlined below. Please contact us directly for more information or to answer specific questions. 

Hours of Operation (As of April, 2021)

  • Administrative & Clinical hours will be:
    Monday - Friday   
    8:00 am - 5:00 pm.  ​

  • Telehealth/E-Visits by appointment on selected days and times.

Phase 4 Policies & Procedures

  • Patients & clients will be let into the building at the time of their appointments.  No more than 15 patrons will be allowed in the building at any given time. 

  • For your health and safety, we kindly ask that your remain in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment.  At your appointment time, please line up outside the front door with each person standing on a blue line on the floor to maintain physical distancing.  

  • Please DO NOT call or ring the door bell when you arrive unless it is for an urgent matter.

  • Temperature checks will occur and masks are required to be worn by all patients EVERY visit. We will have cloth masks for purchase in the event someone does not have one.

  • All Staff will wear masks at all times while in the facility.

  • Clinical staff will wear disposable, non-latex gloves and face shields during any hands-on care. 

  • All patients/clients must maintain a 6 foot distancing between each other at all times.   

  • Persons are welcome to take care of all their administrative needs such as scheduling while in the facility.  Persons may alternately use the phone, text messaging, email or scheduling through our online booking portal on our website if preferred.
