THERAGESIC: All-Natural Topical Medication

  • Formulated with a unique blend of 10 all-natural plant extracts and essential oils to reduce pain and inflammation.

  • Two different delivery methods can be used to push the medication deeper into the affected tissues:

    • Ultrasound: uses high frequency sound waves. 

    • Iontophoresis: uses either a positive or negatively electrical charge.

  • ​Great for acute and chronic injuries with a treatment depth of penetration up to 2 inches.

THERASTIM: Radial Shockwave Therapy

  • A FDA approved, non-invasive treatment compressed air to generate thousands of pulses of ballistic sound waves.

  • Penetrates through the full depth of soft tissue, causing a microtrauma or new inflammatory condition to the treated area. 

  • Enhances blood circulation and accelerates the healing process of damaged tissue to gradually regenerate.

ACUPOINT: Dry Needle Therapy

  • Similar to Acupuncture in concept and application but targets affected  local anatomical structures in versus remote locations in traditional Chinese medicine 

  • Use narrow gauge, single-use, sterile needles to access deep tissues not palpable from the surface of the skin.  

  • Target tissues are manually manipulated and/or stimulated directly with low voltage electrical current.  

  • Great for acute and chronic injuries with a depth of penetration up to 3  inches.

LASERLITE: Class IV Laser Therapy

  • Uses a process called photobiomodulation (PBM) via near infrared light to affect change in affected tissues on a cellular level. 

  • The procedure provides for a relative quick and comfortable, pain free experience. 

  • Great for acute and chronic injuries.  

  • Class 4 technology allows for depth of penetration of up to 6 inches.

What You Need to Know

  • Physician prescription/referral is not needed for our pain therapy services. 

  • A Physical Therapy consultation is required before receiving any of our pain therapy treatments.

  • Each round of therapeutic application is performed in a series of 3 sessions.  More than 3 sessions may be required to achieve maximum benefit.
